Cup Cake

You will need Clary's "Cup Cake" Scrap Kit from http://clareysdesignz.blogspot.com/search/label/Freebies
Unzip it and open the folder to find "doodle frame" and ribbon
Resize doodle frame to 65%, all layers unchecked, then free rotate, right by 45d
Resize ribbon to 58%
A tube of your choice, I'm using one from "Pinup Girl Clothing"

Open a new canvas 400 x 400 white
Copy / paste your doodle frame as a new layer
With magic wand, click inside the circle
New layer, flood fill with colour of choice
Select none
On layer pallette, highlight the doodle frame layer, add a drop shadow, these settings

Duplicate doodle frame layer, hide duplicate and highlight original
Effects / dsb effects / blast, these settings

Repeat blast changing settings to right.
Turn original back on
Highlight top layer, Copy / paste tube as a new layer, put into place, we can always move later.
Add a drop shadow, these settings

Copy / paste ribbon as a new layer, move to one side, like this

Image /rotate right by 10d
On layer pallette, lower opacity down to about 45, so you can see behind it.
With lasso tool, draw around the part you want to cut out,

Hit delete on keyboard, select none
Do the same with the other side of the ribbon

Add a drop shadow, same as before
Merge visable
You are now ready to add layers for text, copyright and watermark
