A friend in need

You will need my supplies HERE
A tube and gradient of choice

Open a new canvas 400 x 400 transparent
Selections/ select all
Flood fill with gradient, angle 0
Effects/texture effects/ blinds, these settings

Selections/modify/contract by 20, new layer, flood fill with #cc9966
((Copy from here))
Effects/3D effects, inner bevel, these settings

Selections/modify/contract by 3, new layer, fill with gradient, angle 90
Selections/modify/contract by 3, new layer, fill with cc9966
Inner bevel, same as before
Contract by 3 again, new layer, fill with gradient
Selections/select none, new layer
((Copy to here))
Draw rectangle, like this, a bit more than half way across

Fill with cc9966, then repeat the above, changing angle of gradient to 45
New layer, Draw a rectangle, like this

Repeat the steps as with the last one
Layers/merge/merge all visable
Copy/paste Layanna tube as a new layer, put into place

On layer pallette, lower opacity of tube so you can see frame.
With lasso tool, draw around, like this

Hit delete on keyboard, selections/select none
Turn opacity back up to 60
Effects/3D effects/drop shadow, these settings

Add new layers to add text,copyright(if you used different image)

Copy/paste trim as a new layer, put into place
((((If you want to change colour, click in squares with magic wand, selections/modify expand by 1, fill with a darker colour than you are going to use, selections/modify contract by 2, then fill with colour you want.))))
Duplicate this layer and put in place
Layers/merge/merge visable.
With magic wand,These settings

Click in each 3rd square

Ajust/brightness and contrast, these settings

Selections/select none
File/save as 1 psp image
Hit undo arrow as many times (10) I think, to take you back to normal
With magic wand click in, 2nd,5th, 8th and 11th squares
repeat the brightness and contrast
Merge and save as 2psp image
Undo all again
Repeat this again with the next squares down, saving as psp image 3,

Open Animation shop
File/animation wizard, follow prompts and add your psp images
Click on first frame, hold Ctrl down and hit A to highlight all
Save as a gif image
Ive set my speed to 25
