You will need my supplies, link posted at end of tutorial
Thank you Anniebel for allowing to share this tube

Open a new canvas 385 x 385 white
New layer
On material pallette, set foreground to #11119d, background to #c30402
Click on foreground, when colour pallette comes up, click on gradient
Find the image that says foreground/background, click on this
Flood fill your canvas with it
Effects/distortion effects/twirl, set at 720 degrees, repeat twirl
Effects/texture effects/texture, these settings



Lower opacity down to about 85
Add a drop shadow, these settings



Copy paste ribbon as a new layer, put in place
Add a drop shadow, same as before
Copy/paste tube as a new layer
Add drop shadow, same as before
Now move things into place, see mine
Layers/merge all/flatten
Image/add borders, these settings



Click inside border with magic wand, new layer, flood fill with #c11b1b
Add an inner bevel, these settings, select none



Add another border, same as before,
click inside with magic wand, add inner bevel, same as before, select none
Add another border, same as before, click inside with magic wand
New layer, flood fill with #273193
Add inner bevel, same as before, select none
Merge visable
You are now ready to add layers for text, copyright and watermark
