Fur Balls

This may seem long, but it is two tutorials in one
This is also the way to try to use Dings
You will need Eye Candy 4000
Face Off font. Link at bottom of page
and an imagination lol
This is just a lot of fun

First, lets make our faces, we need to make them big for flood filling, then re-size
Open a new canvas 530 x 530 white
New layer, name this face
click on text tool, these settings

Find a face you want to use by clicking on each letter of alphabet one at a time.
Click on magic wand then click in eyebrows
Selections/modify/expand by 2
New layer, flood fill with a brown ??
Effects/eye candy 4/fur, these settings

Highlight face layer again
With magic wand click in the highlights of face
Selections/modify/expand by 2
New layer, flood fill with colour of choice
Keep repeating this with all outlines, making sure the face layer is highlighted before using wand, and adding a new layer to flood fill.
You can play, adding inner bevels etc.
You should have something like this

Hide the background layer, merge other layers visable
Save to a folder as a tube, so you can use again
Minimize to toolbar until you need it
Now onto the Fur Balls
Open a new canvas 400 x 400 white
New layer
With selection tool, set at elipse/Add(shift)/feather 0, draw a small selection, like this

Flood fill with colour of choice
Effects/Eye Candy/Fur, these settings, choose a colour slightly darker than flood fill

Select none
New layer
Click on paintbrush, Size about 10, Hardness/density and thickness all on 100.
Add 5 little toenails, re-name feet
Hide background layer, merge other two visable,
Duplicate this layer, Image mirror, we can move these later if needed,

New layer
With selection tool, draw a larger selection, can be moved later, like this

Flood fill with same colour as before
Add fur, these settings

Add fur again, but, change direction to 90
Select none
With mover tool, drag this down to fit over feet
Bring up the face you made, Ive resized mine to 45%
Copy/paste as a new layer
Tizzy it up any way you wish
Now go back through all the layers, one at a time and add a drop shadow, these settings

When you are happy, hide background layer, merge others visable, save to a folder as a psp tube, so you can use whenever you want

Here are a couple more I played with lol

I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial
