Off to the races

You will need Andrews filters 8 ,link at end of tutorial

Place Andrews filters in your plugin folder

A tube of your choice, I'm using one from Outlaw by Design

Open a new canvas 400 x 400 transparent,
Selections/select all, flood fill with black
Slections/modify/contract by 2, hit delete on keyboard
Flood fill with #b30714, Select none, Re-name lines
On layer pallette, Duplicate this layer
Hide the copy and highlight original
Effects/artistic effects/halftone, these settings

Add an inner bevel, these settings

Unhide and highlight copy of lines
Repeat the artistic effects/halftone, but change all the screen angles to 90
Add inner bevel, same as before
Re-size this layer to 93%
New Layer, Selections/select all
Click on your flood fill tool and choose two colours from your image
I'm using #3d3937 foreground and #6e050c background
Click on Foreground, then on Gradient, find Foreground/background, these settings

Image/re-size by 86%
Effects/andrews filters/tow the line, these settings

Effects/reflection effects/feedback, these settings

Image/mirror, Select none
Copy/paste your tube as a new layer, put in place
Add a drop shadow, these settings

Layers/merge visable
You are now ready to add layers for your text, copyright and watermark
